Finding Your Flow

Breathwork Session

This week was the first of my new program – ‘Return to Life and Find Your Flow’ – oh my word, we had the most LUSH first class.

There were some more ‘advanced’ students attending too – but it feels so good to slow it down and actually FEEL the moves and the breath. It was like a mindful movement class – so good. This is a 5 week program, I’ll run it again after Easter, so if you’re interested then watch out for that. Connecting the breath to the moves is so amazing – it calms down your nervous system and allows you to connect to your rest and digest system.

The feedback from it was fab.

This is something like I’m feeling we need more of right now, we’ve just come out of two years of lockdowns, and now gone straight into the current news – it’s a complete system overload. Tapping into our own awareness and centering ourselves really helps to balance us.

Pilates for Menopause – we’re now on Week 2 and we’re looking at all things nutrition, from macros, calories, gut health and much more. There’s no wonder that this piece gets over complicated. I’m doing a bonus online breathwork session for this group on Sunday all about stepping into your power, so I’ll let you know how that gets on.

I’ll be running another of these fab programs after Easter – so watch this space if you’re interested.

I’ve also had a few requests for ‘Flatten Your Abs’ program too – so I’ll get cracking on getting that started too.


These sessions are proving super popular, and I love running them at the studio – actually, it would be fair to say, I’m obsessed with them :D. The next one on the 9th March is full, here’s the dates and links for the upcoming ones.

I’ve just filmed 5 x 10 minute videos for a local comprehensive school for the Year 11’s who’re about to sit another set of mock exams. If this is something that you’d like for your school then let me know.


Are all super busy – which is great to see. Remember I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all studio classes, and you need to be booked onto online classes at least 2 hours before the class starts (or I may not have my laptop with me).
