I am LOVING this sunny weather!

And, off the back of still doing dry January, upping the weights in Kettlebells and generally eating well – I’m feeling really good. I may have mentioned that I’m 50 this year, and when you’re young you think 50 is mega old. But, I’m feeling much better than I did when I turned 30 and 40. I’m definitely stronger, in a much better place mentally, and feel so much better about myself.

A lot of it is down to good nutrition, hydration and mindset training, but Breathwork has really transformed my life in so many ways. It’s given me clarity, focus and the ability to trust myself, something that I’ve never really done before.

So, I’d like for all of you to feel the same, as I see many women struggling with hormones, mental health and body issues which aren’t necessarily menopause related.
