Some of the most popular things that I do is run retreats – I’ve been running them now for around 8 years, and they’re such good fun. They really give you time out to relax, refresh and chill out with like minded people. And, as always, I make sure that we have lots of fun and laughs along the way.

I’ve got two retreats planned for this year, a mini one and a big one.

Mini Retreat at the Studio

These are something that I’ve been meaning to run for a long time. So, I’m finally getting around to running a ‘mini’ version. This will be a mini version, half a day, but I’ll make sure that we pack lots into it – gentle Pilates, Breathwork, aromatherapy and stretching. It’s going to be good.

Weekend Retreat at Slaley Hall

This is the retreat that I’ve been running for years now, it’s such a fab weekend of fitness, food and fun. You get your own room (very unusual on retreats!), all the food is included, and we do around 4/5 classes, you also get access to the spa. It’s just a good weekend for real chilling out in the Northumberland countryside.

Friday 11th – Sun 13th Nov – Earlybird Price £420 (available until end of April), Full Price £450

Only a couple of spaces remaining as lots of people from last year have rebooked for this year. Message me to book onto this one. Non Refundable deposit of £100 payable ASAP, then the rest can be paid in instalments with full balance due 25th Oct 2022.
