Mabon Breathwork Session

The nights are drawing in and the mornings have got a chill in the air, September is the month of transition.

As we transition into the magical energies of Mabon, a time of equinoxal balance, nature itself invites us to align, reflect, and find harmony. In my next breathwork session, you will be guided into the liminal space—a mystical threshold between the conscious and subconscious mind where deep healing and transformation occur.
