Did you see the moon last night? We had a lovely masterclass in ‘Wisdom Well’, and we did a Yoganidra (yogic deep sleep) session under the full moon – it was magical.
I love ‘Wisdom Well’ which is my online membership – where we have a monthly online masterclass and accountability group. Wisdom Well also houses ‘Luna Lifting’ which is my super quick, super efficient and highly effective weight lifting program. I get so much great feedback from ‘Wisdom Well’ – when you join you join for a season (3months).
I’m about to open the doors for the Autumn season where we’ll be focusing on letting go of all the stuff holding us back, and getting our immune system strong, ready to fight off the nasty seasonal bugs.

Mabon Breathwork Session
My next Breathwork session is on 25th September – we’ll be bringing ourselves into balance with the turning of the seasons, and breathing into the abundance of mother earth.
Our breathwork sessions are deeply calming and healing.
Lots going on – our Beginners Pilates session went well, we went into the deep core muscles – all interesting stuff.
