Autumn Season is upon us, and the portal doors are now open!
This season is all about reflection and getting to know thyself.
Once you become conscious of who you are, the more you can become aware of what patterns keep repeating themselves and the more you can make significant changes to your programming.

I’m in the process of writing a new program called ‘Core’, this program is going to dive deep into your core both physically and meta-physically.

We’re going to be using ‘Gene Keys’ and the deep core work I’ve been recently learning from Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen.
Also, ‘Luna Lifting’ is housed in ‘Wisdom Well’ – this is my short, sharp and effective lifting program.
This is a fully online program, we also have;
*Monthly accountability and masterclass, plus breathwork or yoga Nidra
*Full gut health program with nutrition advice and recipe packs
*Regular updates in our private Facebook group, plus ask me anything
*Members only area on website with all the trainings and programs
*Regular reflections and intentions via the moon
This is a fully fitness, mindset and spiritual program designed to improve ALL the bodies of health – physical, emotional, spiritual and mental.

It’s a great choice if you can’t get to classes or struggle to fit movement into your life – all the workouts are short and sweet, but super effective (as you’d expect from me!).
