How are you? I’m loving this burst of sunshine – yesterday I walked for miles with my dogs – you’ve got to make the most of it right?
Whilst I was out I got pondering about how I hear A LOT of women saying ‘I don’t want to end up like my mother’ – when I ask them what does that mean, they say;
- Unable to get out of chair
- Painful joints
- Incontinent
- Unable to walk unaided
- Afraid of falling
The list goes on!
We often just accept that all of the above are an inevitable with age…but, they’re NOT. All of them can be helped by getting stronger inside and outside, and the best time to start building towards your future self is NOW.
