In this 7-Day Challenge I’ll be showing you the basic’s of strength training, each day will build from the last and at the end we’ll put it all together and you’ll get a full kettlebell class recording for you to keep.
As an extra bonus – I’ll send you a recipe pack for the week, so that we can get your diet back on track and start making some positive changes for your health all round.

We start on 6th Feb. All the sessions will be recorded and I’ll post them in the private Facebook Group. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive a confirmation (it might go to your junkmail), and then the weekend before we start I’ll send you recipe pack etc.
You’ll need a kettlebell – I recommend starting with a 4kg one.
