As many of you know, I’ve been training to be a breathwork facilitator and part of that training is, well, doing the stuff and getting out there and practicing.
Sooooo, as part of my student training I’m going to put on this workshop, it’s all a bit scary, but I remember feeling the same teaching my first fitness class over 25 years ago.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a method of using the breath to create an altered state of consciousness, where deep healing, release, spiritual insights, and states of bliss can occur. It’s a powerful process, but the breather always remains in control of their own journey and rate of breathing.
It’s a potent way of meditation for those who don’t like meditating
Benefits of CCB are;
  • Breath is very detoxifying, you actually breathe out fat
  •  Increases energy
  • Calms the nervous system and reduces anxiety
  • Releases muscle tension
  •  Improves digestion
  •  Improves cardiovascular & lungs
  • Helps open up to a higher awareness

Wednesday 8th Dec, @6pm – 60-90min session. Donation of £10 only as I’m still in training (would normally charge around £25 for these sessions).
