A 6-week course designed especially for the Post-Natal period. We will focus upon all the areas that have been stretched and strained during pregnancy and childbirth, and get you back to feeling like your normal self. These are the area’s we will cover;
*Pelvic Floor
*Pelvic Stability – particularly important if you have suffered from SPD during pregnancy
*Shoulder Stability – you now have to have enough strength to lift an ever growing baby
As well as a bit of cardio work to burn off some extra layers of fat. You will also have your tummy checked to ensure that your tummy muscles are knitting back together correctly (diastasis) and you will be given appropriate corrective exercises. You will also be given a full plan of action to take home with you – to ensure that you take what you’ve learned into everyday life.
The dates of the course are 11th, 18th, 25th September, 2nd, 9th & 16th October 2018. Babies are welcome to come along in their carriers, course booked as a whole non-transferable.
