Welcome to the Pelvic Floor/Pelvic Flow Course

In this 4-part series, you will learn about the anatomy of the pelvic floor, how the breath connects to it, and how to bring some simple practices into your life that will keep your pelvic health in tip-top condition. This will help to relieve lower back and pelvic pain, but will also give you an understanding around how the pelvic floor interacts with your bladder and bowel health.

Once your pelvic floor becomes a fully functioning unit, you will be able to practice exercises that help relieve urge incontinence, prolapse, and constipation.

This is an introductory level course with a masterclass, then 3 following weeks of quick and simple routines that you can bring into your life easily to help keep the flow into your pelvis.
