All About the Butt!
If you want to build your butt muscles (and why would you not?) then this is the class for you. We focus on activating the glutes, plus the usual co-ordination, balance and core sections that you would expect from a Pilates class.
This is an all level class.
As always listen to your body, if something does not feel right then it probably isn’t.
All exercises are done at your own risk, if in doubt you must seek advice from your GP.
