This all-level Pilates class focuses on your shoulders, chest and neck. Release the shoulders, neck and lymphatic drainage – this one gets things moving through those areas, clearing them of any ‘stickiness’ which causes pain.
With the lymphatic drainage aspect of the class, you may feel tired afterwards – you will need to drink more water than usual to clear it. It’s our body’s way of detoxing and clearing out, so it can make you feel a bit drowsy. But afterwards you feel amazing. It’s like a spring clean for your body.
