These ‘Deep Dive’ sessions are designed to provide extra information that I can’t give in a regular class. They will give us the chance to really give an understanding of a subject and give you the opportunity to ask any questions.
Sciatica is a common problem that I see in my Pilates Studio.
In this workshop we’ll really explore the following;
*The causes of sciatica and why it’s important to get a diagnosis
*The types of exercises to avoid
*Exercises to do, including safe ones to do with a flare up
*What adjustments you need to do to get the best our of a Pilates class
Having completed this workshop you’ll understand why it’s difficult to answer the question I always get asked ‘What exercises should I do for sciatica’.
