Cancellation Policy & Studio Rules
Please take a moment to read because this is how we roll. We don’t have many rules but the ones that we do have are to make it easier and safer for you and all class participants.
Class Passes – are available for either 4 x Classes (£30) or 8 x Classes (£55). Passes are valid for ONE month only and can be bought in the shop. When you have purchased your pass you may book your space on the class using the £0 value option. Please don’t block book well ahead into the future.
Pay As You Go – is available at all classes for £9 per session. Please use the PAYG option when booking.
Classes are booked here. First come first served – if you’ve missed the boat, it’s always dropping me a line to see if there are any cancellations.
24-HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all sessions and classes. I will hold a spot for you, so please let me know if you cannot make the class as I won’t be able to fill the space – so I will charge you for last minute cancellations. (I understand life happens, so let me know ASAP should any emergencies arise).
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all 1-2-1 sessions. A deposit will be taken at time of booking to secure your time. Please try to avoid changing your time once confirmed, as it will mess up all the other time slots during the day.
If you’ve booked a ‘Course’ such as ‘Post-Natal Pilates’ – then you pay for the whole course in advance. As the courses are progressive, if you miss a session then you are unable to have catch up class. If we have to cancel any classes for any reason then we will refund you in full for that class.
You will pay in full when you book. You may be able to transfer your booking to another event.
We accept cash and debit/credit cards via the Stripe link.
WHAT SHOULD YOU WEAR
In Pilates you may find your bodies in precarious positions, so we recommend for your modesty and ours fitted, secure, comfortable, non-see through workout attire. Men please wear supportive gear. Since your bodies often find themselves on our floor we ask you to remove your outside shoes before entering the workout area.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We believe you can be separated from your phone, pager or other homing device, for the one hour required for a class. People also come to our studio to get away from the stresses and strains of modern life, and to have a good chill out.
Please silence all such devices, otherwise we will ask for 20 extra push-ups!
We understand the occasional emergency phone call.
Please be mindful that students are working hard to focus and enter like a ninja.
We think that our studio is far cleaner than any gym you have ever set foot in, and we want to keep it that way! So please clean your mat after every use and put away your toys. Thank you in advance.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU BRING YOUR OWN MAT – because would you want your head where someone else’s feet have been? Say no more…we do our best to keep our mats clean, but using your own mat is ALWAYS the best option.
PS Although the studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items, please feel free to store your belongings in a cubbie or keep them with you. Lost Property will be kept at the studio.
If the roads are dangerous we’ll be closed, we’ll do our best to let you know via social media or email. If you’re unsure then please double check.
Langley Park – please park outside the gates and not in the courtyard. If the gates are closed, please press the buzzer ‘Vitality Pilates’ and we will open them for you.
Willington – Parking at the ‘Old Rectory’ is limited and Gordon often has his physiotherapy clients coming in and out. There is ample parking just across the road in the lay-by for the church – so please ensure you park there.
If there are any burning questions, comments or feedback please feel free to let us know!
