What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a method of using the breath to create an altered state of consciousness, where deep healing, release, spiritual insights, and states of bliss can occur. It’s a powerful process, but the breather always remains in control of their own journey and rate of breathing.
Benefits of CCB are;
- Breath is very detoxifying, you actually breathe out fat
- Increases energy
- Calms the nervous system and reduces anxiety
- Releases muscle tension
- Improves digestion
- Improves cardiovascular & lungs

Studio Breathwork Sessions

Each session will have a different theme, meditation and then will be followed with a Conscious Connected Breathing session.

Restore Your Core Holistically – A 6-Week Program Especially Designed for Women
Why am I focusing on women for this program? Isn’t back pain the same for men and women? Well, no it isn’t, the drivers for back pain in women are completely different than for men. In this program we’ll be restoring your core, and working right down from your TMJ (Jaw) to your Toes.
I’ll also be weaving magical breathwork sessions in-between the anatomy and physiology of back-pain. We’ll be looking at all aspects from diet, exercise, neck-pain, pelvic pain and all areas of the spine.
This is a truly holistic program.

Beginner Kettlebell Course
We all need to be strength training, it’s a fact. The kettlebell is the perfect piece of kit to have at home that will help you get stronger, increase your muscle fibres and burn through fat.
This course will take you through 2-hours worth of training, showing you how to safely perform a selection of kettlebell exercises with good form, and then how to begin to put your own program together.
Once completed you’ll be able to join any of the strength training classes such as ‘Barre & Bells’.
‘The Hog’
The Hog is an amazingly versatile piece of kit where foam roller meets a stability ball. Great for adding trigger point massage into your strength and mobility programs.
