Restore Your Core Holistically – A 6-Week Program Especially Designed for Women

Why am I focusing on women for this program? Isn’t back pain the same for men and women? Well, no it isn’t, the drivers for back pain in women are completely different than for men. In this program we’ll be restoring your core, and working right down from your TMJ (Jaw) to your Toes.

I’ll also be weaving magical breathwork sessions in-between the anatomy and physiology of back-pain. We’ll be looking at all aspects from diet, exercise, neck-pain, pelvic pain and all areas of the spine.

This is a truly holistic program.

Are you constantly in pain, and you just keep taking stronger and stronger painkillers?

Are you worried that the only way is decline into more pain and discomfort?

Is your pelvic floor causing you worry? Do you wet yourself when you cough sneeze or laugh?

Do you feel that there must be another way, and you just need pointing in the right direction?

Are you worried to move incase you make your spine worse?

There are 10 million people in the UK with back pain, and it alone accounts for 40% of absence from work. It is estimated that a quarter of UK adults are living with chronic pain.

I firmly believe that you can make a change to your health and your pain, by following a structured exercise and lifestyle program. With the combination of Breathwork to go deep into your psyche we’ll be not only helping your body to heal, but we’ll be delving into why your pain is showing up in your body.

I’ll also be guiding you in little habits that you can do everyday to help improve your back pain, plus showing you how to use your breath to calm your nervous system when you are having a flare up of pain.

It doesn’t have to be a gradual decline into old age, there are things that you can do to help improve your situation.

This structured 6-week program will give your great start on your healthy journey!

Week 1:

How to warm up the whole spine, focusing on thoracic mobility and breath, guided relaxation around pain relief

Week 2:

Connecting with your coccyx and pelvic floor, bowel health and back pain strategies. Guided meditation to release stress.

Week 3:

Jaw and neck pain – what can we do? Breathwork to release muscle tension & aid sleep.

Week 4:

Hip and pelvic strength & mobility. Breathwork to release pelvic tension in the sacral chakra.

Week 5:

Focus on bone health and back pain. Breathwork to balance our bodies.

Week 6:

Putting it all together, building mobility and calming down the nervous system. Soothing Breathwork session to calm and restore.
