Welcome to The ‘Luna Lifting’ Program!
In this course, I’m going to teach you how to lift like a woman, because we ain’t men, and we’re not linear beings. We need training programs that understand our cyclical nature and to allow us to flow. Also, we need them to be quick and efficient, because we have no time for faff!
This is the exact program that I’ve used to reduce my hip/waist ratio and increase my bust size from a C cup to a D cup (I just measured those babies and I thought I’d grown!). They’ve actually lifted, which is great for a 50+ year old.
I’m also noticing my skin is changing, less of the saggy and more of the toned, and dare I say it, the old cellulite is looking less bumpy – it’s such a joy being a woman!
To get these results I HAVE NOT changed my diet, but I do eat a lot of protein, drink a lot of water and I don’t drink alcohol – so if you are wanting to speed up your results then I’d recommend starting to focus on one of those first before overhauling your whole diet.
You will need to up your protein intake – I started craving protein when I started lifting weights.
There will be days when you don’t feel like lifting weights, and that’s fine – I’ve got you covered with a lovely stretch and release session. But you’ve still got to get at least 4 x sessions in per week, so it’s fine to have a day or two off, just don’t make it a week or a month.

The workouts are designed to be short and sweet, notice I didn’t say easy! I’ve got mine down to 6 minutes, but it depends how much recovery time to need in-between each set.
