A 6-Week Progressive Course. You will learn exactly how to find your ‘Core’ and ‘Pelvic Floor’. You will learn how to perform the basic Pilates moves and build up your repertoire gradually over a 6-Week Period. We will build your strength from the inside out.
Each week you will be sent an exercise video so that you can continue your practice and home. You will build your Core Strength, increase your mobility, and increase your muscle mass and tone. You’ll also have fun along the way, learning all about your body.
Pain will start to disappear and you will begin to feel more vital.
Each 45 minute class will include –
Warm Up and Mobilisation Exercises
Standing Strength Exercises
Spinal Articulation and Mobilisation
Core Strength Section
Lateral Strength and mobility section
Posterior Chain Exercises
Cool Down Stretches and Breathing Exercises
Classes will be held in my studio in Langley Park, we are a Covid Secure Environment.
You will be asked to bring your own mat.
