Breathe Into Business

Are you feeling stuck in your business and life?

Maybe you didn’t realise how lonely it would be running your own business, and you’re yearning for a deeper connection?

Do you want to add more adventure and freedom to your life?

As women in business ourselves we know the constant battle between being a mother, partner, chief cook and bottle washer that life can be for a woman. We really want to help women from the North East (and beyond) to take time out, in a beautiful location to reset and realign. When you step back or out of your business just for a short time, you can take a breath and work out what’s zapping your energy and take the time to fill up your cup.

Jill & Tess will be combining Breathwork with Business coaching to create an extremely powerful system that will clear out any stuck energy and give you the tools to realign yourself to your vision and goals for your life and your business.

Energy is everything! Without taking time out for yourself you are running in a state of depletion, we want to create a safe space to bring in abundance and joy. And, yes, there’ll be lots of laughs along the way.

We’re starting by creating a half-day ‘taster’ retreat day, for us to see what the interest is, get some feedback, get some testimonials and some promotional materials, so it will be at very special price.

Location

‘Calico Barn’ is a beautiful space, right on the beach near Cresswell in Northumberland. The resident Alapacas will greet you on arrival. We’ll be in the  stunning barn space.
