Summer Solstice Breathwork & Intention Setting

The longest day of the year, a highly charged time energetically, one that has been worshipped for a millennia. This is a powerful time for manifestation and allowing us to be guided by the light, and find meaning on our journey. A time to squash the darkness within and align to our true life purpose. The sun reminds us that we will rise no matter what, and bringing our consciousness to this time we can honour our bodies, shift old energies and align our energetic intentions which will last until the autumn equinox.

We’ll be using crystals and oils to help us on our Breathwork journey. We’ll breath together into the power of our intentions and what we want to manifest for the coming months.

This will be a longer Breathwork session and you’ll all receive a crystal roller with oils to take home with you.

Discover the Power of Your Breath

Using specific breathing techniques you’ll be able to calm your mind, connect to your source and feel a sense of deep peace. Our breathwork sessions include a 15/20 min meditation with a 30 min Conscious Connected Breathe, plus a sharing circle.

Each session will be led by either Jill or Dawn, both fully insured and qualified to ensure that you are guided safely throughout the session.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a method of using the breath to create an altered state of consciousness, where deep healing, release, spiritual insights, and states of bliss can occur. It’s a powerful process, but the breather always remains in control of their own journey and rate of breathing.

Benefits of CCB are;

  • Breath is very detoxifying, you actually breathe out fat
  •  Increases energy
  • Calms the nervous system and reduces anxiety
  • Releases muscle tension
  •  Improves digestion
  •  Improves cardiovascular & lungs
  • Helps open up to a higher awareness


You will need to bring a blanket, pillow or cushion, water and a notepad and pen.

Each session will have it’s own theme – each theme tbc prior to events
