Join me on a transformative journey with our Five Elements Full Body Activation Breathwork Session! 

This session will combine movement, visualisation, intention and breath to bring forward the five elements within us. We’ll dive into the essence of your being as we explore the power of breath and its connection to all body parts.

🌪️ Air Element –  Inhale the winds of change, inviting clarity and fresh perspectives into your life. Release stagnancy and welcome the breeze of transformation.

🔥 Fire Element –  Ignite your inner passion and strength with every breath. Feel the warmth of vitality coursing through your veins, fueling your creative spirit.

🌊 Water Element –  Surrender to the flow as you breathe. Let go of resistance and dive into the depths of your emotions, experiencing the cleansing power of water.

🌍 Earth Element – Ground yourself with each breath, connecting to the stability and resilience of the earth. Strengthen your foundation and find balance in the present moment.

💨 Ether Element – Expand your consciousness and embrace the vastness of the universe. Connect with the infinite possibilities that arise when you open yourself to the ethers.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork uses the breath to create an altered state of consciousness, where deep healing, release, spiritual insights, and forms of bliss can occur. It’s a powerful process, but you always remain in control of your journey and rate of breathing.

Beautiful Ambience

Benefits of CCB are;

  • Breath is very detoxifying; you actually breathe out fat
  •  Increases energy
  • It calms the nervous system and reduces anxiety
  • Releases muscle tension
  •  Improves digestion
  •  Improves cardiovascular & lungs
  • It helps open up a higher awareness

 

You should bring a blanket, pillow or cushion, water, a notepad, and a pen.

There are some contraindications for the CCB method that we use;

*Schizophrenia, PTSD or any uncontrolled mental health issues

*Glaucoma

*Delicate or early pregnancy

*Not under the influence of drugs or alcohol

*Any uncontrolled heart or Blood Pressure problems

If you have any of these, you are still welcome to come along, but you will be given alternative breathing methods.
