We’ll be focusing on the main target areas that I get asked about all the time, the mid-section being no.1.

- 7- mini workouts (no longer than 10-15 mins) for you do each day, focusing on the target areas of the arms, butt and core

I’ve been teaching fitness, health and wellness for over 25 years. I know exactly what works and what doesn’t when it comes to melting your mid-section, and getting you in a healthy mindset around your body, mind and soul. Once the kids get back to school it’s time to focus on YOU again.
