A little bit of everything for a Friday evening blaster. The first part of the class will be strength and intensity training, using equipment such as weights, kettlebells and swiss balls. The second half of the class will be more traditional Pilates, stretching and relaxation.
The perfect combination to get you into the weekend spirit, and to de-stress and decompress after a busy week at work.
All levels are welcome to come.
