Kettlebell Class – Easing Ourselves Into 2023




If you want to start strength training, then kettlebells are a great way to start.


In this class, which was our first back in 2023, I ease everyone back into exercise. We do a full body workout with the kettlebell, covering all the major muscle groups and joints. This is a tabatha style workout, 20sec work/10 secs rest – so it’s a great way to burn off fat.

I recommend starting with a 4kg kettlebell.

Please check with your GP if strength training is right for you if you have any pre existing medical conditions which could be exacerbated by exercise.
