This coming Sunday Neil and I are going to be running a fab day retreat at my beautiful studio in Langley Park.
There’ll be dancing and swaying, and moving and a groovin…plus shamanic drumming, breathwork, spell jars, ecstatic dancing and all woven together with our cosmic energy.
